Abstract :
The paper focuses researches on network transporting technologies. A comprehensive data-transfer approach proposed for dynamic flow control in connection oriented packet based transporting networks with coherent optical communications. A multipurpose network meta-protocol is introduced for dynamic flow control. The tenets of integrated telecommunication technology platform are developed to facilitate the network transportation function. The paper intends to contribute in future generation networks.
