Abstract
An approach to the resources allocation considering the assessed quality of the provided telecommunication services is proposed. The advantages of using the agent approach in the IT infrastructure management systems of the telecommunications services providers are described. The possibility of the usage of agents not only for monitoring and management, but also for simulating the variants of resource allocation, their evaluation and selection of the optimal variant is shown.
