Abstract :
Analytical simulation system can help our government makes perfect disaster rescue project. It needs high running speed and consists of multi heterogeneous agents which have different rescue knowledge. Rule-based expert system can provide a flexible and intelligent auto-decision model except low efficiency. We designed a special rule-based expert system for the analytical simulation system. The expert system provided in paper has high efficiency and it is flexible enough for users. And an example is provided at last.
