Abstract :
The present paper concerns the problems of call service in the system 112. The method of organization of queues on territorial criterion and allocation to each queue of an assignable number of operators is offered. It is also offered to create the software which will allow mobile teams of the emergency aid to have access to a database of calls in order to make more correct decisions on-site.
