Abstract :
For the use of the armed forces of Sweden, in particular the air force, a tactical communications system, TARAS, for command, control and information distribution, is in development and will gradually be taken into service. TARAS will be used for the simultaneous exchange of voice and data between Tactical Air Command Centres, and Tactical Air Units.
