Abstract
This paper is concerned with robust dissipation problem for a class of uncertain neutral systems with multiple state delays. A static state feedback controller is designed to ensure the closed-loop system to be asymptotically stable and strictly (Q,S,R)-dissipative. Sufficient conditions are derived in the form of linear matrix inequality. The findings show that the solvability of the design problem of dissipative controller is implied by the feasibility of the presented linear matrix inequalities. The main result of the paper unifies some proper existing results on H∞ and passive control.
