Abstract :
Aiming to hardness and risk of metro vehicles LIM((Linear induction motor)) driving system field debugging and test, a HIL (Hardware-in-loop) platform based on FPGA modeling was developed. A linear motor modeling method synthetically considering end effects, skin effects and half-filled slots effects, etc was presented and validated. Furthermore, the scheme of the HIL platform was introduced, and with the platform, the real driver control unit was tested and verified. The research results showed that the HIL platform provided a convenient and effective means for linear motor controller development and verification.
