Abstract
Under the background of navel key points air-defense, it analyses the constraint space of target assignment under Dynamic Fire Alliance (DFA) and presents the definition of assignment zone as well as its deadline. The assignment problem is considered as optimal matching among launch node, guide node and target. The Anytime algorithm based on DPSO is designed for solving the assignment problem. A simulation shows that the algorithm and the model are effective.
