Abstract :
In order to solve the field safety monitoring problem about high sulfur-containing natural gas purification plant commissioning test, designed and developed multi-sensor wireless monitoring system, and carried out the field application at Guangyuan gas field natural gas purification plant of SINOPEC. Firstly, introduced designs of multi-sensor wireless monitoring system in details, including the software design and hardware design of multi-sensor wireless gas detector, and deploy of the wireless monitoring platform. Then, set filed application program according to the production characteristics of natural gas purification plant, including risk analysis of commissioning test run, safety monitoring program and deploy of wireless gas monitoring system. Finally, with 72 hours continuous monitor while the combination plant of 1# and 2# run commissioning test in the natural gas purification plant, collected the real time data of hazardous gas concentration, location of field worker and so on, in the key process area, with easy leakage equipment and pipeline and in high risk inspection route. The application results show that multi-sensor wireless monitoring system can receive monitoring data in time, send remote instruction, detect the gas concentration reliably and set the position accurately. The system can solve the field safety monitoring problem for natural gas purification plant commissioning test efficiently, and we can make more application of it in other petrochemical plants commissioning test runs.
