  • Abstract
    A processors system is designed for the signal waveform scale in the both time-domain and spectrum-domain in this paper. The cooperation method of different multi-processors is discussed. The multi-processors system consists of DSP, ARM and Nios II processors is introduced. And the whole structure of the system and the structure of each subsystem are given. Then a measurement instrument integrated with simple digital oscilloscope and spectrum analyzer using this multi-processors system is realized. Besides, the hardware architecture and software program flow chart of the real system, as well as the communication approach among the processors, are provided.
