Abstract :
Summary form only given, as follows. In low temperature plasmas such as divertor or process plasmas, emission from impurities is important for plasma diagnostics and plasma modeling. We made a collisional radiative model (CRM) for carbon and neon L-shell ions including both ionization/excitation and recombination processes. We apply this model to spectra measured in the LHD (Large Helical Device). Our CRM includes the dielectronic recombination process for each excited states which data are available recently. Using our CRM we calculated the intensities of emission lines from CIII. We study the density and temperature dependence of the intensity ratios of the emission lines for plasma diagnostics.
