Abstract :
This paper presents the Micro Power System of Anti-earthquake (MPSA), this system use renewable energy as driving force and provides electric power for residents not only in normal time but also in earthquake´s period. The load in earthquake is evaluated regarding the minimum power demand; special structures with shockproof function are used for wind and solar sources, and established model of interconnection makes MPSA works intelligently with Smart Micro-grid (SMG). In expression, the example of local load with 500 residents makes reader to have better idea of MPSA. In application, an existing hybrid system in Ashikaga Research Center is used for example, and an index namely Covered Percentage of Service (CPOS) defines and evaluates the contribution of MPSA in the normal and earthquake periods. To introduce the MPSA into planning and developing of local renewable energy may realize multifunctional utilization of renewable energy.
