  • Abstract
Atom probe field ion microscopy has been used to characterize martensitic 9-12% chromium steel with high boron content and determine the composition of the very fine precipitates since this can only be revealed by the high spatial resolution of this method. Energy-filtered transmission electron microscopy has been used as a complement for characterization of this steel
