Abstract :
Recently, the measurement method to verify the cleanness of the medical instrument has been needed. Especially, the measurement method for the fiberscope has not been standardized. Today, we developed the new system to measure the remaining dirt on inner surface of medical instruments. A Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR), cone-shaped mirror and fiber probe were used for the new system. This paper shows that development system has the advantage to measure the remaining dirt on the inner surface of medical instruments quickly and easily.
