Abstract
In this paper, we discuss the D-pole placement problem for perturbed discrete time delay systems. We propose a criterion which guarantees robust pole location of perturbed discrete time delay systems within a specified circular region. The explicit element bounds on linear time-invariant perturbations with highly structured information are obtained. An example is given to demonstrate the result.<>
