  • Abstract
OODA Loop is strategic decision making theory that military operations are basically a sequence of decision making process that consists of four main points as observe, orient, decide, and act. The difference of this theory and the other decision theory such as PDCA theory is to pay attention to the interaction of each decision-makers. The purpose of OODA Loop is to destroy enemy´s OODA Loop. In this study, we paid attention to observation part and orientation part of the OODA LOOP from group perspective and simulated by agent, and verified that OODA Loop of group is different from individual and agent can´t gain a victory only by simply improving the performance of observation than enemy.
