Abstract :
CZTSe films obtained by co-evaporating of compounds components (Cu, Zn, Sn, Se) with using Knudsen cell were investigated by electron microscopy and X-ray diffractometry methods in order to optimize the structural parameters. The analysis of X-ray diffraction showed that CZTSe films have practically monophase tetragonal crystal structure and growth texture of [211]. The lattice period of the material varies in the range of a = (0.56640-0.56867) nm, c = (1.13466-1.13776) nm. Obtained films can be used as highly absorbent layers of thin film solar cells.
