Abstract :
Intermediate frequency (IF) signal output devices, with the quadrature mixer integrated into the modulation unit of the base-band LSI, are used with the Personal Handyphone Systems (PHS). It´s known that modulation accuracy is a parameter for synthetic evaluation of the accuracy of IF modulation signals. This paper discusses an algorithm for fast measurement of this parameter. The results of this algorithm were evaluated using a mixed signal IC test system
