Abstract :
Based on the three-parametric Lorenz system, the model, that allows describing in a self-consistent way a mode of the nanoporous structure formation was developed. Considering the influence of the fluctuations of the growing surface temperature the phase diagram of the system and the dependence of the stationary concentration were obtained.
