Abstract :
Based on the analysis of university´s customers, this paper applies System Dynamics (SD) to model the relationships among critical successful factors of university´s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) decision-making mechanism to find the relatively best decision, taking H University as a case study for simulation. This systematic way on dealing with data provides a new thought to improve university´s CRM decision quality.
