Abstract
Today we are witness the transition from testing stage to pre-marketing of concentration photovoltaic systems, mainly for it efficiency in term of electricity production. Latest generation of systems hereby called Concentrated PhotoVoltaic (CPV) systems are has reached industrial maturity, being able to take advantage and make use of high-efficiency cells: III-V multi-junction cells. In this paper a Fresnel lenses device will be described and compared to a traditional PV system.
