Abstract :
The influence of gold nanoparticles featuring plasmon resonance on formation of thin films and luminescence spectrum of a highly effective organic phosphor isoquinoline-1-carboxylate europium with sodium and tris-(8-oxyquinoline) aluminum has been investigated.
