Abstract :
This paper analyses the information collection in different construction project phases and give three primary solvents. The first one is to build the LC information collection standards based on the rough set theory. The second one is to settle the problem that how to arrange the sharing path of LC information by applying the sharing knowledge creation model of knowledge management theory. The third one is confirming the main parts of the LC information collection through the systematic application of property right theory and organization theory.
