  • Abstract
    It is possible to obtain a cyclic structure which will generate pulses with generation frequency depending on the value of heat flux, if we connect a pyroelement in a daisy-chain to a one-electron transistor´s lock, and connect a Peltier cooling element to the pyroelement.
