  • Abstract
The light weapons which using the laser stimulate shooting training technology began in the 1960s. It had been the simple training which using the ordinary laser simulate shooting until the 1980s. But since then, the laser shooting training technology has became more pluripotent, which can stimulate the weapons fire training of multiple armies. The training system has developed into tactical fighting training.During the stimulation training, the monitoring system becomes especially important. Thus, this paper introduced a real-time monitoring of the location and status of an individual, which is based on the GPS and GIS technology.Based on the accurate positioning of the individual soldier by using the GPS system, the powerful map display of the GIS can dynamic displays the position and the status of the individual in the electronic map, which can achieve a real-time monitoring of individual. This can provide a powerful guarantee for the real-time monitoring of the laser firing simulation training.
