Abstract
Large scale crystalline Fe3O4 nanopyramid arrays are fabricated by CH4 and N2 plasma sputtering of hematite [0001] wafer. The nanopyramid arrays are characterized using SEM, TEM and EELS and the possible growth mechanism is discussed
