Abstract :
Diverse tungsten oxide nanostructures are prepared at different conditions of hot filament arrays thermal vapor method. The synthesized nanostructures are characterized using SEM, XRD and EDS. These structures exhibited high turn-on fields that may be due to the electrostatic screening effect caused by high energy density of tungsten oxide nanowire interlaced structure
