Abstract :
The results of developing the method of extraction parameters of electronic calibrators for microwave vector networks analyzers are given. The method is based on obtaining experimental reflectograms by using a super-wideband reflectometer and comparing these reflectograms with results of modeling impulse characteristics of an electronic calibrator (ECal). Before carrying out extraction of elements parameters the divergence of experimental and calculated frequency dependences of the transfer coefficient module of ECal was 3 dB. Realization of the method of extraction parameters allowed reducing the divergence of frequency response from experimental up to 0.5 dB.
