Abstract :
Threshold signal-to-noise ratio determination procedure for Cramer-Rao bound is analyzed. The ability of Chapman-Robbins bound implementation for such a procedure is demonstrated. An approach for asymptotic region extension with the possible gain from its utilization is specified.
