Abstract :
The method of reliable estimation of randomness degree of “similar” stochastic signals, the essence of which is to register during the measurements of the effect of correlation dependence of a response signal (RS) randomness degree of a nonlinear scatterer (NS) from the power level of a sounding signal (SS), is proposed. It is shown that with the change of time sampling of sensed RS the spread of experimentally obtained values of appropriate randomness index is occurred, the change of dynamic features of semiconductor NS with the variation of SS power level indicates it.
