Abstract :
Results of ESR-investigations of ZnS and ZnSe crystals activated by manganese ions are presented in this report. It Is shown, that at plastic deformation of ZnSe crystals partial, and complete dislocations both take part. It is discovered, that after deformation the quantity of Mn2+ ions are decreasing.
