Abstract :
A fully differential operational amplifier operating within a 2 V power supply range is presented. The amplifier was designed using 1.2 μm CMOS technology and uses multi-regulation techniques to provide a high open loop gain magnitude without degrading the open loop phase response. In order to overcome the limited input common mode voltage range due to the low power supply rails, fully differential complementary techniques are employed. The output voltage swing extends to be within 0.2 V of the lower and upper power supply rails
