Abstract :
In this paper we propose a reference method for determining permittivity based on the calculation of correlation of experiment and reference holograms. In contrast to existing methods for determining permittivity, which require the use of fixed form samples, this method allows determining permittivity of arbitrary shape´s dielectric bodies. The use of fractal antennas for this technique allowed us to obtain a frequency dependence of permittivity consistent with the theory for the range up to 1000 MHz with the same antenna. The analysis was made for the third order Minkovsky cross fractal antenna.
