Abstract :
In this research, a characterization of all controllers that assign specified covariances to the closed-loop bilinear discrete systems is given explicitly. Also, this paper introduces several different new robustness result for the systems from a deterministic viewpoint. The robustness measure presented is expressed in terms of the system state covariance matrix.<>
