Abstract :
The spectra of the permittivity of composites based on MWCNTs in the frequency range from 50 GHz to 3.5 THz have been measured. The methods of pulse spectroscopy based on femtosecond laser and a continuous wave radiation on the spectroscope using a backward wave oscillator have been applied for measuring. Peak radiation power varied from microwatts to hundreds of kilowatts.
