Abstract :
Theoretically studied electromagnetic features of the resonator measurement converter with below-cutoff part that used for measuring the moisture content of bulk materials. Complex numerical studies of characteristics were conducted. The design of the moisture sensor based on a resonator with a below-cutoff part was developed.
