Abstract

In this paper, firstly, the effective combinative system of ideological and political theory course is analyzed. Secondly, the definition of effective index is put forward. Thirdly, according to the basic conception and definition, a multi-level evaluation system is established. Fourth, a multi-level evaluation model is established based on unascertained method and AHM. There are 2 kinds of indexes in the system including the dynamic and static. The static index is the ideological and political quality of student. And the dynamic reflects the learning effective. The system and method is practical.
