Abstract :
Traffic safety is the key problem to the traffic managers especially in China. This paper shows the technologies and methods of the traffic safety intelligent warning decision based on the statistical data of the traffic accidents and the relative data of China. And then the paper introduces the simulation technology and the predict method to realize the traffic safety intelligent warning decision. Finally, the paper presents the case study of those theories.
