Abstract
Extensible Markup Language (XML) is widely used for exchanging data. In many situations XML needs to be generated according to the given schema (XSD). Thus it is very important to generate the XML according to the schema (XSD). At many times the XML needs to have the values specified only by the XSD. A method to generate such an XML document from the XSD is described in this paper. The XML document will contain all the default and fixed values from the XSD. If default or fixed value is not provided in XSD the corresponding element in the XML will have empty value. The method explained in this paper is generic hence it can be used by any application to create XML from its schema (XSD).
