Abstract :
In this paper, magnetic properties of Mn-doped nanometer sized PbSe were investigated. Magnetisation of different Mn-doped PbSe nanocrystals as function of measuring temperature was studied by EPR spectroscopy. Mn/sup 2+/ acting as a paramagnetic center (S=5/2) should be an ideal dopant in semiconductor system.
