Abstract :
In this paper, a set of index system on the comprehensive evaluation for the essential management factors of commercial banks is designed following the principles of comprehensiveness, systematicness and practicability. Synthetic evaluation is made with factor analysis according to the annual report 2007 of commercial banks, and the synthetic scores and position in the name list of them is gained also.
