Abstract :
The described method is offered to improve the accuracy of interval estimations in the design of industrial power systems. Mainly, the accuracy of calculated values of the main measure of the electrical energy quality, that is, voltage deviations from rated voltage. The basis of this method is the representation of voltage values at the receiver end and its rated voltage with the aid of triangular fuzzy numbers. Then the uncertainties of these numbers from the left and from the right are given by calculated values of the permitted voltage deviations on the design work stage. In this case, a correction of calculated values of the permitted voltage deviations and necessities in the dealings and facilities, which improve the quality of electrical energy is calculated. It is shown that a form of membership function has no influence on the correction of earlier calculated values of the tolerated voltage deviations during the design of an industrial plant´s power supply systems
