Abstract :
The DC traction supply system has been widely used in urban railway traffic systems. The DC traction supply system is a very important and special part of the distribution power system. The protection of DC traction power supply system and integrated DC traction power supply systems automation play an important role in guaranteeing the safety and reliability of the system. In this paper, a new algorithm based on di/dt-delta i is developed. The integrated protection and control unit designed for the protection, monitoring, supervision and control of a DC feeder is discussed.
