Abstract :
The paper aims to present a synchronization scheme for a class of time-varying neural networks, which covers the Hopfield neural networks and cellular neural networks. By using of the Lyapunov stability theorem, a novel delay-independent and decentralized linear-feedback control law is designed to achieve the exponential synchronization. It´s exponential synchronization conditions can be verified. The controllers can be more easily designed than that obtained. Hopfield neural networks with time-varying delays are given to show the effectiveness of the presented synchronization scheme.
