Abstract :
Taking the physical characteristics and the piezoelectric effect of PVDF membrane into account, we use PVDF membrane to detect the tactile information of the surface as high definition, high resolution and high speed sensor, and then design the tactile detection system based on servo motor by simulating the tactile feeling emergent process. At last, several typical samples are detected by this system, and the experimental data approve its validity.
