Abstract
Physico-chemical methods are the basis of operating methods of diagnostics of SF6-equipment. Criteria of limiting conditions are formed using data from the analysis of humidity and acidity of SF 6. Using these data residual resource of these parameters is expected, and a level of partial discharge is calculated. Wear of the nozzle and it residual resource is determined from the concentration of CF4. Integrated leakage of SF6 is determined from analysis of the air of a ventilating exhaust
