Abstract :
A high brightness flat panel lighting element with a triode structure had been fabricated using carbon nanotube cold cathode. The maximum luminance of 110,000 cd/m2 in green was observed at the anode voltage of 10 kV and the cathode current density of 200 muA/cm2, and the stable luminance of 60,000 cd/m2 were also achieved
