Abstract :
This paper deals with the temperature control applied in hydraulic valve testing. The control system parameters can be identified online with the algorithm, and the parameters can also be optimized. For improving the control system performance, the penalty function is led into the process of identifying parameters. The distributing points of measuring temperature are considered. There are about five measuring temperature points and three controlling temperature points in the control system. Oil is used to test the hydraulic valve flows in the pipeline. The temperature control system consists of two levels of computer: the top level computer is the SUN 286, its tasks is to calculate the parameters and penalty function, optimize the parameters, draw the temperature curve, display data, and print data tables; and the front end computers are STO industry control computers whose task is to sample the temperature data and control temperature. There are four front end computers in the control system. One of them is used to control temperature, and the rests are used to control the oil pressure and flow.<>
