Abstract :
There are plenty of problems with uncertainty and semi- structured in reality, which are difficult to be solved in regular way. Rough set theory is useful tool for uncertainty issue. Group decision theory makes an advance in solution of semi-structured problem o f experts group. The paper presents the application model of group decision support system based on rough set and verifies the model in practice. It describes the algorithm of model in ten steps. The core of model is to set the partiality of expert and to make experts group iterative ratiocination aiming at the same type problems. On the basis of rough set, the ratiocination rules are reduced to form group ratiocination, and consequently the dynamic knowledge database formed. The algorithm of model is realized by software, applying into customer data mining broadly. With model, the valuable rules are acquired from mining, in order to group decision.
