  • Abstract
    A new class of micropower analogue filter is proposed. We present a section of a second-order continuous time filter employing MOSFETs operating in weak inversion. The idea is based upon the recently proposed log-domain filter approach used previously in bipolar technology. Simulation result using SPICE and applications are also described
